Rock Creek Realty was formed to give Rock Creek Homes buyers, sellers, and neighbors a single, integrated team to work with. After a hundred-plus homes and five years of building across the Traverse City region, it was a natural next step.

We represent clients in new construction, resales of Rock Creek homes, and — increasingly — custom builds and resale properties across northern Michigan. We know our communities because we’re part of them.
